4 Miles
Just blocks away from the Gray is the newly renovated Chicago Riverwalk. The crack of dawn is the best time to utilize this walkway as a running trail as it gets crowded throughout the day effecting your pace. Exit our Lasalle entrance of the Gray running North to Wacker Drive. Head East on Wacker Drive (River Walk Level) towards Lake Michigan (the end of the River Walk). Head South at Lake Michigan towards Monroe Street. Run West on Monroe St. towards Lasalle and arrive at the Kimpton Gray.

8 Miles
Exit our Monroe entrance heading East on Monroe towards Lake Michigan. Head South at Lake Michigan towards the Museum Campus. Continue South towards 31st Street Beach. At 31 Street Beach turn around heading North towards Monroe. Head West on Monroe towards Lasalle. Arrive at the Kimpton Gray.

10+ Miles
Exit our Monroe entrance heading East on Monroe towards Dearborn. At Dearborn head North towards Blue Line Chicago “L” station. Take the Blue Line L-train towards O’Hare and exit at Damen. Head North on Damen towards Churchill Street. Between Churchill St. and Willow St. there is an access point for the 606 Trail. What was once an abandoned railway line is now a 2.7 miles recreational trail named the 606 Trail. To return to the Gray head South on Damen towards North Avenue. Take the L-train towards Forest Park and exit at Monroe. Head West on Monroe towards Lasalle and arrive at the Gray. Note - 2 laps of the 606 Trail is 10+ Miles.
